RRF Ltd is a Guernsey registered, closed-ended investment company, having raised £60 million and started trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, on 2 August 2007. Having identified Concept Building Solutions as a market leader, Rapid Realisations Fund purchased 50% of the equity in early 2008. The fund has a number of related insurance service businesses within its portfolio to complement Concept Building Solutions existing networks.
CENKOS Fund Managers ("CFM") has been established to act as the invstment adviser and investment manager for Rapid Realisations Fund Limited. CFM is seeking to invest in primarily UK-based businesses across a wide range of sectors. Cenkos' involvment with Concept Building Solutions brings a wealth of corporate experience and expertise to the management team.
